About Me

I'm Kenya Chauche (pronounced "Sho-sh"). I have a background in Data Analysis, Nonprofits, and Customer Relations, with an education in Environmental Science and Computer Science. All of these traits combine into a capable, adaptable, and data-driven Program Manager.

My technical skills complement my years of experience managing teams of staff to drive growth in the nonprofit and serivce industries. I facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop new solutions and unlcok potential in existing systems. I believe in service, whether it is service to a customer, to a stakeholder, or to a teammate. I tackle new projects with zeal and deliver the most effective, data-driven service I can.

  • Developed, managed, and executed leadership training programsn and national philanthropy trips while keeping strict deadlines
  • Coordinated, supervised, and trained 70 - 150 volunteers each on national philanthropy trips, producing 9,500+ community service hours
  • Managed, organized, maintained, and analyzed large data sets of volunteer records and participant feedback to identify areas for program improvement
  • Managed website redesign, created graphics for website and social media platforms, researched and employed search engine optimization techniques to achieve increased public visibility and participant engagement
